Nipotino Content Day Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

The giveaway is organised by Nipotino Cafe.
Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and meet the entry requirements outlined in the giveaway post on Instagram and/or Facebook. Employees of Nipotino and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
• Follow the Nipotino social media page.
• Like the giveaway post.
• Share the giveaway post.
• Tag friends in the comments of the giveaway post.
Each tagged comment counts as a separate entry and increases the participant's chances of winning.
Entry Period
Each giveaway entry period begins when the giveaway post is published and closes on the date specified in that post.
Nipotino may run multiple giveaways throughout the year. Each giveaway is considered a separate promotion and will have its own entry period.
Prize
The prize consists of a complimentary food box prepared by Nipotino.
The contents of the box will vary and may include a selection of panini, pasta, Pie-Regina, desserts, or other products prepared during our content filming day.
The exact contents of the prize are determined solely by Nipotino and cannot be chosen by the winner.
The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
Winner Selection and Announcement
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The winner will be contacted through the social media platform where the giveaway was hosted and may also be announced publicly on Nipotino's social media pages.
Prize Collection
The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted.
The prize must be collected from Nipotino Cafe in Balcatta on the day and time communicated by Nipotino.
If the winner does not respond or is unable to collect the prize, Nipotino reserves the right to select another winner.
Personal Data
Any personal information provided by participants will only be used for the administration of the giveaway and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Modifications and Cancellation
Nipotino reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances outside its control make it necessary to do so.

Nipotino accepts no responsibility for entries not received, technical issues, or any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.
